The eight-day triennial K Show 2022 wrapped up on October 26, and MAAG Group, a Dover company, was one of 3,037 exhibitors and displayed its products in the Recycling Hall with a large booth. K Show is the world's number one trade fair for plastics and rubber and illustrates how plastics shape everyday life, accompany us almost wherever we go and are capable of solving the problems of tomorrow.
As a leading and innovative solutions provider, MAAG Group presented many of its products and solutions for the 176,000 trade fair visitors from around the world, including:
Integrated recycling solution for the circular economy in the plastics industry
PEARLO XXL underwater pelletizer series
AMN perforated plates
extrex recycling pump
eXso dryer
MAAG backflush screen changer
New digital service process for rotor service and rotor grinding
"The K Show in Düsseldorf, Germany, has once again met our expectations. It is the largest international and innovative trade fair in the global plastics industry," said Ueli Thuerig, President of the MAAG Group. "We had visitors from all over the world, primarily from Germany, of course, but the USA, Turkey, Italy and India were also very well represented. Personal networking is so important. At the same time, we were able to negotiate multiple projects and close the deal on the show floor for multiple products."
Additionally, in conjunction with the K Show, the Circular Economy Forum organized by the VDMA (German Engineering Association) illustrated the importance of technology in the implementation of the circular economy for the plastics industry. MAAG Group was represented here with an extrusion pump, an Ettlinger ERF 350 filter and a PEARLO 90 underwater pelletizer.
"MAAG Group believes in sustainable solutions and offers a solution that makes our customers more competitive. That is our mission. We believe that responsible use of resources is very important," said Alaaddin Aydin, Managing Director and Vice President of MAAG Germany.
The next K-Show will be held in Düsseldorf, Germany, from October 8 to 15, 2025.
