Dover Team Members Volunteer at Drive-Thru USO No-Dough Dinner

Dover team members recently spent an evening serving individually packaged dinners to service members and their families at a Drive-Thru USO No-Dough Dinner.

The mission of the USO is to strengthen America’s military service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country, throughout their service to the nation. One way of embodying this mission is through No-Dough Dinners, a year-round program offered near the USO of Illinois’ Great Lakes center facility.

USO No-Dough Dinners provides the civilian community an opportunity to express their appreciation by supporting homestyle dinner events that offer free meals the evening before payday to service members and their families. This year's event looked a little different due to safety precautions that were put in place because of the current pandemic.

Dover is a proud supporter of the USO. To learn more about USO of Illinois, please visit illinois.uso.org.
