Employees from Inpro/Seal, part of Dover Precision Components, recently volunteered their time to support the Safer Foundation’s Youth Empowerment Program (YEP). In collaboration with the organization, employees conducted mock interviews for students, providing valuable real-world experience and constructive feedback to help improve their interviewing skills.
During each mock interview, Inpro/Seal team members offered personalized feedback, allowing students to take notes and apply what they learned in future interviews. This initiative is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to mentoring local youth and empowering them for future success.
The Safer Foundation’s mission is to provide critical support, employment opportunities, education, and advocacy for justice-involved individuals, helping them reach their full potential. Their programs include job readiness training, educational opportunities, and advocacy interventions to support reentry into society.
Inpro/Seal has a long-standing partnership with the Safer Foundation, having previously hosted YEP students at their facilities, where they provided lunch, answered questions, and offered workplace tours.
