Many of Dover’s operating companies have volunteered and donated clothes, toys, and food to various organizations within their communities during this holiday season.
- Employees at Dover Fueling Solutions in Austin, Texas, participated in the Salvation Army's Angel Tree Program and helped purchase over 50 holiday gifts for local children.

- The OPW Transchem team supported a food bank in Ontario, Canada, by organizing a food drive and donating nonperishable food items.

- The OPW RegO Community Service Team sponsored seven preschool children from the Conover, North Carolina, community. Each department shopped for the needs and wishes of one child. The team came together to deliver the gifts to the school.

- Acme Cryogenics, part of OPW Clean Energy Solutions, gathered donations for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program, which collects new unwrapped toys and distributes them to economically disadvantaged children.

- PSG Ebsray in Sydney, Australia, partnered with The Give Hub for the second year in a row to donate non-perishable goods, filling 6 boxes. The Give Hub is a local organization that distributes food to local charities during the month of December.

- The PSG Corporate team volunteered at the Greater Chicago Food Depository, which addresses the root causes of hunger with job training, advocacy and other innovative solutions. They have also been collecting donations for the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program.

- TWG employees in the U.S. and Canada helped serve individuals and families locally by participating in Salvation Army’s Angel Tree and Toy Mountain, donating new clothes and toys for children, as well as donating to a local food bank.
