The Deal has selected Dover Corporation as a nominee for this year’s "Most Admired Corporate Dealmakers" Award (MACD) in the Manufacturing sector for deals 500M - 999M.
This is the ninth year The Deal will acknowledge outstanding corporate development teams; last year’s winning dealmakers included Alcoa, AT&T and Google, to name a few.
The 2016 MACD nominees are corporate dealmakers considered best-in-class within specific deal sizes and industry categories. Winners will be selected through a closed panel of senior dealmaking practitioners. The panel will determine which nominee in each deal size and industry category excelled in overall M&A strategy based on the criteria of strategy, choice of targets, deal execution and impact on stock performance.
The winners will be announced on Nov. 14, 2016 and the awards will be presented at The Deal Economy Event in New York City on Thursday, Dec. 1, 2016.
